Audrey has over 20 years of experience building and leading highly successful teams in the both the military and financial services industry. Her avocation is helping employees and organizations develop the skills and capabilities they need to succeed in a rapidly changing, and competitive environment.
Her leadership philosophy is founded on principles instilled through four years of experiential learning while attending the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York. Upon graduation, she served as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army for several years, including a three-year tour in Germany acting as an Intelligence Analyst and Signals Intelligence Team Leader.
Upon leaving the military, Audrey owned and operated a small retail business while pursuing her Master’s degree, providing her with hands-on experience with small business administration.
While working for one of the world’s largest banks, Audrey led extended teams responsible for delivering training support to employees across both the U.S. and Canada. She designed and delivered a variety of leadership development solutions, implemented new technologies, conducted needs analyses, built role-based curricula, developed Human Capital Plans, and implemented national Learning strategies.
But her greatest contributions lay in the transformational change initiatives she drove to improve the performance and effectiveness of the Learning function including: developing centralized learning models, implementing metrics-based decision-making processes, embedding the use of alternative learning technologies, and outsourcing the execution of design and delivery services to an external vendor, all while driving increased engagement among Learning team members.
Audrey is currently based in Vancouver, Canada where she lives with her partner of 30 years and their two dogs.
